Tax Filing and Compliance Frequently asked questions
At Paxanime, we don’t handle client payments directly to ensure the security of your funds. Instead, we use the BIR eFPS (Electronic Filing and Payment System), which allows you to pay taxes directly from your company’s bank account. eFPS registration is required. If your company doesn’t have eFPS access yet, we can assist you in processing your eFPS application for a seamless setup. Rest assured, your funds remain entirely within your control.
With the release of the BIR's eOPT system or RMC 8-2024, all taxes can now be filed online. At Paxanime, we ensure your tax filings are handled efficiently using BIR-accredited software, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance. Tax returns filed before us will be collected for proper assessment to ensure all obligations are met. In the case of unfiled tax returns, please note that the BIR may impose penalties, which we will work to address promptly.
At Paxanime, we operate entirely online and do not handle physical receipts. Paxanime has a proprietary system on data collection, along with a quick tutorial to guide. Simply follow our procedures.
All tax returns filed and updated for our clients are securely stored in our Google Drive. You will be provided with a link to access and download your returns whenever needed, ensuring easy and convenient access to your documents.
At Paxanime, we do not prepare audited financial statements. However, we work with a number of trusted third-party auditors for your Annual Financial Statements (AFS), should you choose to avail of this service. This ensures that your financial statements are professionally prepared and compliant with relevant regulations.
Our service fee may vary depending on factors such as the type of business, gross sales, and the complexity of your tax filings.
